Refund Policy
If you experience any problems with your order, please do not hesitate to write to us at shop@munditea.com . We promise to respond to your request within 24-48 business hours. In order to help you in the best possible way, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with details of the incident, including a photo of the contents of the box you received and a clear and legible photo of the package label.
Refunds will be made in the following cases:
- The customer does not receive the package due to an error by the courier company.
- We made an error while preparing your order.
- The package arrives with sealing problems and is open upon receipt.
Refund will not be made in the following situations:
- The product is in good condition, but the customer decides he no longer wants it.
- The customer was not available to receive the package after several delivery attempts by the courier (including calls, text messages and notification of collection at the central office).
- Other cases in which there is no error on the part of the courier company or Mundi Tea.
