Shipping methods, costs and delivery times

The customer may choose from the available shipping options for their area. It is important to note that delivery times, service quality, pick-up point and cost may vary depending on the selected shipping option.

Orders are shipped through GLS. The delivery date will depend on both product availability and the shipping area. Before confirming the order, the customer will be informed of the shipping costs and estimated delivery times applicable. However, these may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order. The courier cost includes two delivery attempts. If the customer is not available on the second attempt, the order will be available at the nearest office of the courier company.

Specifically:

• Delivery times may be affected by exceptional circumstances of the carrier or difficulties in making the delivery.

• Shipping costs for the Peninsula are included in the price published on the website. However, the Seller reserves the right to adjust shipping costs if the requested weight varies by more than 15% from the estimated average weight. In case of any variation in price, the Seller will notify the customer by email, who may choose to cancel their order at no additional cost to either party.

• The delivery times indicated on the website apply only to orders placed before 12:00 noon. Days and deadlines are counted as business days.
