These general terms and conditions apply to all commercial transactions carried out in our online store, munditea.com, hereinafter "The Seller". For more details about The Seller and our Privacy Policy, you can consult the Legal Notice on this page.
We recommend that you carefully read these Terms of Purchase and our Privacy Policy before placing any order. If you do not agree with all the terms, we suggest that you do not proceed with the purchase.
1. Activity
The Seller specializes in distance selling, mainly via the Internet, of teas, infusions and related products.
2. Contents and information provided
The Seller reserves the right to modify the commercial offer available on the website (products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions) at any time. We strive to provide accurate information free of typographical errors. If such an error occurs, beyond the control of the Seller, it will be corrected immediately. In the event that an incorrect price has influenced a customer's purchase decision, the Seller will notify the customer and offer the option to cancel the purchase at no cost.
The Seller is not responsible, directly or indirectly, for the information, content or statements accompanying the products sold. This responsibility lies with the manufacturers or distributors. The customer understands that the Seller acts only as an intermediary between him and the manufacturers or distributors.
3. Sales system
To make a purchase, the user can send their order through:

4. Applicable taxes
The prices of the products shown on the website include the corresponding Value Added Tax (VAT). Purchases with delivery within the European Union will be subject to this tax.
5. Payment method
When placing an order, the customer may choose to pay by credit card or PayPal. Payment by bank check is not accepted. To prevent potential fraud, the Seller reserves the right to request a specific payment method if the buyer's identity cannot be verified.
6. Form, costs and delivery time
The customer can choose from the shipping options available for their area. Delivery times, service quality, collection points and costs may vary depending on the chosen transport option.
Orders are shipped via GLS. The delivery date will depend on product availability and the customer's location. Before confirming the order, you will be informed about shipping costs and estimated delivery times, which may vary depending on specific circumstances. The shipping cost includes two delivery attempts. If the customer is not present on the second attempt, the package will be made available at the nearest courier office.
Specifically:
- Delivery times may be affected by extraordinary situations involving the carrier or difficulties in delivery.
- Shipping costs for the peninsula are included in the web price. The Seller reserves the right to adjust the costs if the weight of the order varies by more or less 15% with respect to the estimated average weight. If this occurs, the customer will be notified by email, who may choose to cancel their order at no additional cost.
- Delivery times indicated on the website apply only to orders placed before 12:00 noon and are counted in business days.
7. Buyer's rights and return policy
Our teas are obtained in small, high-quality batches from select plantations, and may therefore not be available at certain times of the year. The Seller does not guarantee the availability or delivery time of the products offered, except in those cases where a specific guarantee is specified. The catalogue is indicative, as producers do not always communicate stocks in advance or guarantee specific delivery times. This limits the Seller's ability to accurately inform about availability and delivery times.
The customer may cancel his order free of charge at any time, provided that the cancellation is made before the order is sent to the carrier.

8. Customer Obligations
The customer undertakes to provide truthful information in the registration forms and in the purchasing process, and to keep this data updated.
The client accepts these General Terms and Conditions, understanding that they are designed to offer the best possible service.
The customer also undertakes to keep his/her access codes confidential and to provide a valid delivery address where he/she can receive his/her order during normal delivery hours. In the event of non-compliance, the Seller shall not be liable for any delays or problems with delivery.
9. Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction
Purchases made with the Seller are subject to Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the seller's domicile.
